Welcome to Stardial. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services and any transactions carried out with us. By accessing our site or engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Company Information

Stardial operates as a private seller and intermediary for luxury watches and diamonds. All operations are conducted by appointment only. For inquiries, please contact northside.business23@gmail.com.

2. Authenticity & Guarantees

All pieces offered are subject to verification and authentication by Stardial and our trusted partners. Certificates and dossiers are provided when available. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Stardial does not accept liability for external certification errors.

3. Sales & Pricing

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be subject to change without prior notice. Sales are final once confirmed, except where otherwise stated in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

4. Consignment

Sellers may consign watches or diamonds to Stardial under separate written agreement. Terms of consignment, including duration, commission and insurance, will be agreed individually.

5. Shipping & Insurance

All shipments arranged by Stardial are insured and tracked. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or any additional fees in their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under prior written agreement, and must comply with our authenticity and condition checks. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site or services, you consent to our processing of data as described therein.

8. VIP Services (Stardial+)

Access to Stardial+ is by invitation or application and may require identity verification (KYC). Stardial reserves the right to accept or deny membership at its discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stardial shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

11. Updates

Stardial reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
